Steps for making cookies
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

1
Using a wire whisk, beat the sugar and butter at high speed until the mixture becomes creamy. Then switch to a hand whisk and add the eggs, vanilla, and vinegar, beating until the ingredients are well combined.

2
Add the salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder (after sifting them), then add the chocolate chips and mix by hand.

3
Divide the dough into balls weighing 30 grams each, or use an ice cream scoop after spraying it with oil to prevent sticking. Then roll the pieces and press them slightly with your hand to ensure they are of equal size and that the baking time and doneness are consistent.

4
Arrange the pieces in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving suitable spaces between them.

5
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C from the bottom, on the top shelf for 9 minutes, or according to the size of the cookie.

6
Before removing them, turn off the oven from the bottom and place them on the lower shelf and brown them from the top for two minutes while monitoring them (this step can be omitted depending on your preference for the degree of doneness of the cookies).

7
Remove from the oven and let the pieces cool on the tray until they reach room temperature. Pack in airtight containers and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
