How to make apple cake

170g of saj flour ( equivalent to 1 cup + 4 tablespoons)

12g baking powder ( equivalent to one tablespoon)

100g of grated apple ( equivalent to one medium-sized whole apple)

30 ml apple juice ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

70g white sugar (equivalent to 4 tablespoons)

30 ml melted butter ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

Three medium eggs or four small eggs

40g vanilla ( equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

1 gram of salt ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)

Steps to make apple cake

(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Grate the apples, then squeeze them by hand until the juice comes out, and collect it in a container.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until a white mixture forms.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add the apples and mix by hand.

Pour the mixture into a glass pan greased with butter and flour or lined with parchment paper.

Baking time is 30 minutes. First, bake from the bottom for 28 minutes, then turn on the oven from the top for two minutes or until cooked through.
