How to make carrot cake

170g of saj flour (equivalent to 1 cup + 4 tablespoons)

12g baking powder (equivalent to one tablespoon)

30 ml liquid milk ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

30 ml carrot juice

3g ground cinnamon ( equivalent to one teaspoon)

Crushed walnuts as desired

70g white sugar (4 tablespoons)

30 ml melted butter ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

Three medium eggs or four small eggs

40g vanilla ( equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

1 gram of salt ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)

86g grated carrots ( equivalent to 1/3 cup)

Steps to make carrot cake

(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Grate the carrot, then squeeze it by hand until all the liquid comes out. Collect it in a bowl and add it to the cake mixture.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until a white mixture forms.

Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the milk and carrot juice to the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a glass pan greased with butter and flour or lined with parchment paper.

Baking time is 32 minutes. First, bake from the bottom for 28 minutes, then turn on the oven from the top for 2 minutes or until cooked through.
