170g of saj flour ( equivalent to 1 cup + 4 tablespoons)

12g baking powder ( equivalent to one tablespoon)

30 ml of liquid milk ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

1 gram of salt ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)

30 ml orange juice ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

70g sugar (This is equivalent to 4 tablespoons)

30ml melted butter ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

Three medium eggs or four small eggs

40g vanilla ( equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

Steps to make orange cake

(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Rub the sugar with the orange zest until it changes color, then add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until a white mixture forms.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add the milk and juice to the egg mixture gradually.

Pour the mixture into a glass pan greased with butter and flour or lined with parchment paper.

Baking time is 25-30 minutes. First, bake from the bottom for 21 minutes, then turn on the oven from the top for 5 minutes or until cooked.
