12g baking powder ( equivalent to one tablespoon)
10 pitted Khalas dates. *If using Sukkari dates, reduce the amount of sugar.*
75 ml warm water for soaking the dates ( equivalent to 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)
1 gram of Nescafe ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)
5g ground cinnamon ( equivalent to one teaspoon)
30 ml melted butter ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)
Three medium eggs or four small eggs
40g vanilla ( equivalent to 2 tablespoons)
A pinch of salt ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)
2 grams of ground cardamom ( equivalent to half a teaspoon)
