How to make lemon cake

170g of saj flour ( equivalent to 1 cup + 4 tablespoons)

70g sugar (This is equivalent to 4 tablespoons)

12g baking powder ( equivalent to one tablespoon)

30ml melted butter ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

30 ml of liquid milk ( equivalent to 1/8 cup)

Three medium eggs or four small eggs

1 gram of salt ( equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)

15 ml lemon juice ( equivalent to one tablespoon)

40g vanilla ( equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

Grate the zest of one whole lemon

Steps to make lemon cake

(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Rub the sugar with lemon zest until it takes on a lemon color, then add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until a white mixture is formed.

Add the milk and lemon juice to the egg mixture gradually.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a glass pan greased with butter and flour or lined with parchment paper.

Baking time is 30 minutes. First, bake from the bottom for 25 minutes, then turn on the oven from the top for 5 minutes or until cooked.
