How to make marble cake

170g of saj flour (equivalent to 1 cup + 4 tablespoons)

70g of sugar (equivalent to 4 tablespoons)

12g baking powder ( equivalent to one tablespoon)

60 ml of liquid milk ( equivalent to a quarter cup)

5g cocoa powder (equivalent to one tablespoon) (the quantity can be increased as desired)

30ml melted butter (equivalent to 1/8 cup)

Three medium eggs or four small eggs

40g vanilla (equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

A pinch of salt (equivalent to a quarter teaspoon)

Steps to make marble cake

(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until a white mixture forms.

Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add the milk to the egg mixture gradually.

Pour the mixture alternately, alternating between white and brown, into a buttered and floured glass pan or one lined with parchment paper.

Baking time is 30 minutes. First, bake from the bottom for 28 minutes, then turn on the oven from the top for two minutes or until cooked.
