Steps to make brownies
The oven should be monitored, and variations in baking trays should be considered to ensure consistent results.

1
Using a wire whisk, beat the white sugar, eggs, and vanilla on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture turns white.

2
Add the moistened brown sugar and beat on medium speed until dissolved, maintaining the egg's height. Then add the chocolate and melted butter and mix by hand until blended.

3
Sift the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then add them to the mixture and stir by hand until the flour disappears, without overmixing.

4
Pour the mixture into a 7-inch pan lined with parchment paper, then decorate (as desired).

5
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C from the bottom on the top shelf for 15 minutes.

6
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then cut into equal pieces. Pack in airtight containers and store in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days.
