Steps to make ice cream cones
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)
1
Melt the butter and then let it cool to room temperature.

2
Using a wire whisk, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and vinegar until well combined, avoiding over-whipping to prevent the eggs from becoming fluffy.

3
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and milk, then add them to the mixture alternately with the water.

4
Add the butter and then beat well until you get a thick, liquid mixture.

5
Using the preheated oven, bake the pieces for 1.5 minutes, using 30 ml of batter per piece.

6
Using a cone-shaped mold, shape the cones immediately after baking. Once the pieces have cooled completely, pack them in airtight containers and store them in a cool, dry place away from light.
