How to make cardamom ghorayeba

The Components
49 g powdered white sugar, equivalent to ⅓ cup

115 g melted butter, equivalent to 8 tablespoons
ㅤ
1 g vanilla, equivalent to ¼ teaspoon

130 g Sweet & More flour, equivalent to 1 cup
ㅤ
2 g ground cardamom, equivalent to ½ teaspoon
Steps to make cardamom ghorayeba
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

Melt the butter and leave to cool to room temperature.

Using a whisk, mix the sugar with the flour, cardamom, and vanilla, then add the melted butter to the dry mixture.

Knead until you get a soft dough that is easy to shape.

Divide the dough into pieces weighing 7.5g each, or about one teaspoon, then shape the dough into circles by hand or using molds.

Arrange the pieces in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving suitable spaces between them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for 8 to 10 minutes, from both the top and bottom, until golden brown on all sides.

Remove them from the oven and leave the pieces to cool on a cooling rack until they reach room temperature.

Pack in airtight containers and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
