How to make crepes

the components

130g of sweet & more flour is equivalent to 1 cup
35g white sugar, equivalent to 7 teaspoons
33g of powdered milk, equivalent to 4 tablespoons
140 ml water (equivalent to 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
25g melted butter, equivalent to 5 teaspoons
egg
20g vanilla, equivalent to one tablespoon
Steps to make crepes
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until well blended.

Strain the mixture to remove any lumps.

Preheat the crepe maker or oven (to 160°C), then quickly spread a suitable amount of the batter using a crepe spreader to obtain a thin layer. Leave it for two minutes to set, then flip it over to cook the other side.

Using a preheated pan or non-stick griddle, quickly pour a suitable amount of batter using a crepe spreader to create a thin layer, or by rotating the pan to ensure even distribution. Let it cook for two minutes until it sets, then flip it over to cook the other side.

Serve with honey, Nutella, maple syrup, fruit, or any other preferred toppings.
