Steps for making puff samosas

1
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Then, using the dough hook, knead at a low speed until the dry ingredients are well combined.

2
Add the oil, then gradually add the water while continuing to knead until you get a smooth, pliable dough.

3
Divide it into equal balls, then cover it to rest for 15 minutes.

4
Lightly coat the edges of the mold with oil.

5
Roll out a ball of dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/2 cm, ensuring that the surface of the dough after rolling is smooth and free of holes.

5
Place the dough in the mold, then add a suitable amount of filling. Wipe the edges of the dough with a little water and fold the dough well, making sure all the edges are sealed. Then place it on a plate sprinkled with flour or lined with parchment paper and cover it. Repeat until all the dough is used.

6
Heat the oil over low heat until it reaches a suitable temperature for frying. Then, place the samosas in the oil and stir until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the oil and place them in a strainer to remove excess oil.

7
Arrange the samosas on a serving plate.
