Steps to make waffles
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

1
Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature.

2
Using a wire whisk, beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla on medium speed until the mixture is blended and the sugar has dissolved.

3
Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and milk (after sifting them) to the mixture, alternating with the water.

4
Add the butter and beat the mixture well.

5
Strain the mixture to remove any lumps.

6
For best results, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight at most; this step can be omitted.

7
Pour a suitable amount of waffle batter onto the preheated waffle iron and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through.

8
We serve waffles with honey, Nutella, fruit, or any other preferred toppings.
