Steps to make pancakes
(The oven must be monitored) + (The different sizes of the pieces and trays used in baking must be taken into account)

1
Melt the butter and set aside to cool to room temperature.

2
Using a wire whisk, beat the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter on medium speed until the mixture is well combined and the sugar has dissolved.

3
Add the flour, salt, baking powder, milk, and baking soda (after sifting them) to the mixture alternately with the water, and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

4
For best results, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight at most; this step can be omitted.

5
Using a preheated pancake maker, distribute the batter evenly and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

-
Alternatively, using a preheated electric oven at 160°C, distribute a suitable amount of the mixture evenly. When bubbles appear on the surface or the edges dry slightly, flip it over to the other side until cooked.
